If you will be in Bellingham over the summer and you happen to like good food, consider investing in Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). You support local organic agriculture and get rewarded with wonderful fresh yummies. My family has been using a CSA for more than a decade and I can't remember how we got along without it. Bonus:
